Happy New Year!

I have a feeling this year is going to be great! We had a wonderful New Years Eve! In the past we have always been stuck looking for something to do on New Years. This year our best friends Amanda and Ty decided to have some friends over to their new house in Bluff Dale. I got to their house around lunch time and Cody came up later after he got off work. In the mean time Amanda and I went to Granbury to do a little shopping. I found some steals at Maurices! I bought a new pair of dressy dark denim skinny jeans, a simple, cute, blue cardigan and a cute, little, black dress--all for only $21!! Gosh I am good! Then Amanda and I went back to their house and started getting the food ready. Amanda is quite the cook! I lived with her throughout college and she has become quite the Betty Crocker since being married! The guys grilled ribeyes on the fire pit and we had potato salad and bacon wrapped greenbeans! YUM! Sadly everyone cancelled on us so it was just us 4! But it didn't bother me one bit! We hung out and drank some wine, watched a little Shrek 3 in 3D! And then we brought in the new year at the Greenwood Saloon. I didn't get any good pictures...but here are a few!
