1. I love that it is THAT time of year. Yes! I am talking about the Texas Rangers.

2. I am loving that it is the last 9 weeks of school!

3. I am loving our new boat! C'mon summer time!

4. I am loving these cute little hats...YES. I already blogged about them in one post.

5. I am loving ZUMBA! This is the best workout I have ever had. I usually HATE working out but I have the ZUMBA Bug and it won't go away! I feel so much better and have so much fun! My instructor, Candice is AWESOME!

6. I am loving my class this year! I have the best Kindergarten class EVER!

7. I am loving the new scentportables at Bath and Body Works! I have this one in Peach Bellini! It smells sooo good!

8. I am loving the Apple Pie at the local Cafe! It is the best pie I have EVER had!!

9. I am loving our new back patio! Now if I can just get it stained and do a little yard work!

10. I am loving my husband! I came home from Zumba last night and he has started laundry, cooked dinner and done the dishes!!

Happy Hump Day! The work week is almost over! Woooohooooo!

My New Favorite Thing!

I got one of these hats in Canton and I bought two flowers to go on the hat. The flowers are held on by little magnets. So this weekend I bought a solid black hat and I am beginning to find all different kinds of flowers to attach onto my hats. I think they are soo cute!

Cody's 1st Bass in our new Nitro

We bought our first boat on Tuesday, and last night was the first time I had been out on it. We went out on Lake Whitney for about an hour. When I got into the boat Cody asked me if I wanted to go right or left...I said left so off we went. Good thing I said left because we got a little ways out and Cody decided he wanted to fish a little bit, so for about 15  minutes we sat there and he fished. Then, his eyes lit up because he got a bite! He began to shake and said, "Babe, this is a big one...maybe 7-8 lbs!" Well, the  more he reeled the more he began to shake. He reeled in that BIG MAMA and you better believe she was every bit of 10 lbs! Cody was stoked!!

The sad part is that there is a tournament going on in that lake today and Cody had decided he wasn't going to fish it, but I bet he is wishing he would have now! Anyways, here are a couple pictures of Cody and his catch!

Our New Lake Toy

About a year and a half ago we bought our first home. It is conveniently less than a mile to the nearest boat ramp. My husband, Cody, is a big bass fisherman. He fished for Tarleton State University while in college. Then, his partner had a boat so he didn't really need one, nor could we afford one. But, after one long summer of living that close to the lake and not having a boat---we realized quickly how miserable our summers would be without one. Throughout the year there are tons of boats up and down the road and it was so depressing watching them all go down to the boat ramp. Well, we finally made our purchase and will finally have a FUN summer on the lake! We went to Houston yesterday and bought a Nitro Bass Boat. I'm pretty sure I just signed my marriage away to Lake Whitney....I see a lot of arguments in the future! I know Cody will be out on the lake nearly every day and in a tournament every weekend!

We don't have kids yet so he/we might as well enjoy that time now! I can't wait to take it out on the lake! Here it is...
